Skin rejuvenation treatments can help your skin appear visibly younger and healthier. Conditions that can be treated include wrinkles, pigmentation, visible blood vessels on the skin, scars and loss of skin tone.

Treatments also help diminish fine facial wrinkles, fight against the skin aging process, and improve the overall appearance of your skin.

Skin rejuvenation treatments include a wide range of treatments such as laser, light, chemical peels and other non-ablative methods. The following anti-aging treatments are available to rejuvenate your skin:

Facial resurfacing: Facial resurfacing treats skin damage caused by acne, scars, sun damage, and ageing. It helps to improve skin texture, smoothens out wrinkles and fine lines, and also reduces the appearance of acne and scars. This therapy is performed by using our Sciton laser which is a class 4 medical grade laser. During a microlaser peel, the laser creates several minute or microscopic holes (dots) on your skin. As healing occurs, the new collagen and elastic tissue tightens the skin resulting in a fresher and a more youthful appearance, and initiates production of new collagen.

Chemical peeling: Chemical peeling causes an even controlled shedding of several layers of damaged and old cells. This exposes a new fresh layer of skin with a more even color and a smoother texture. In addition, medical studies have shown that having repeated peels, help to stimulate new cells and collagen to grow, thereby tightening the skin, which decreases wrinkling.

Laser resurfacing: Laser skin resurfacing treatment helps to rejuvenate the skin. This is used to treat wrinkles, blemishes, acne scars, lines around eyes and mouth, brown spots, and sun-damaged skin. Carbon dioxide (CO2) and Erbium (Er: YAG) lasers are commonly used for laser resurfacing.

Laser treatment for sun-spots and marks: The Nd:YAG laser and the BBL can be used to treat brown marks and age spots.

Anti-wrinkle Injections: Anti-wrinkle injections use a purified protein toxin produced by the clostridium botulinum bacteria. A few drops of the diluted drug are injected with a tiny needle into the muscle that creates a wrinkle. The drug causes a blockage in the nerve impulse from reaching that muscle and as a result, the muscle weakens and is no longer able to contract. The skin overlying the muscle relaxes and the wrinkles in the skin gradually soften and often disappear.
